SoloHubX is a startup leaderboard platform that ranks startups based on verifiable proof signals. Users can submit their startups, verify ownership, and track their rankings.

3. User Accounts

Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information

You are responsible for maintaining account security

One startup per user account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Startup Submissions

Requirements

You must be authorized to submit the startup

Information must be accurate and not misleading

Logo must be owned by or licensed to the startup

Prohibited Content

False or misleading information

Infringing content

Harmful or illegal content

5. Verification

Verification requires placing a meta tag on your website. Verification status may be revoked if the tag is removed or requirements are no longer met.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit

You grant us a license to display and promote your startup

Our trademarks and branding remain our property

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee ranking accuracy or availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
